2. The program

The ReEmpowering Parent Program™ is a structured online program designed to support parents of children experiencing school stress. The program includes digital content, guidance, and optional live sessions. Content is delivered online and may be released progressively over time.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in your local currency and may be subject to taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. Access to the program

Access to the program is granted immediately after purchase. You will receive login details via email. Access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

6. Refund Policy & Participant Guarantee

Due to the nature of digital content with immediate access, all purchases are considered final. However, we offer a participation-based guarantee.

If you fully engage with the program and still feel that it has not supported you, you may request a refund. To be eligible, you must have

• Completed all core modules of the program
• Participated in at least one 1:1 session
• Attended at least be submitted within 20 days of purchase. 

We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of participation before approving any refund. Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Non-participation 

6. Digital Content & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

• Delivery of digital content begins immediately
• You receive instant access to the program
• You waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the program is the property of ReEmpowering Programs™.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any part of the program.

8. Result Disclaimer 

The program is designed to provide guidance and tools. However, results may vary depending on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

 9. Limitation of Liability 

The program is educational in nature and does not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. You participate at your own responsibility.

10. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of: Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.
